New Services for Xilium Health

We’re excited to announce that we are working on expanding our health services. Our medical and health based clients are growing and we are growing with them. We have been listening to them talk about their challenges. As a response, we are actively doing the following:

Piloting a medical coding service. We started by hiring our own certified coder to develop the program. We are actively seeking clients who are willing to pilot this service.

Developing medical accounting services. We know that small practices have unique accounting and bookkeeping needs. Did you know that some well crafted pro-forma reports can help you to anticipate and adjust improving your revenue and profitability?

Initiating a medical billing service. In the future look for this and perhaps other processing services.

Creating a dedicated website. Click HERE to visit the new site that is dedicated for our medical professional clients. We’ll announce more in future newsletters. If you have thoughts, ideas, or opinions we love talking with you, give us a call.

We Love Accounting

We consider your financial information as critical and secure.  We found the industry lacking a bit in security standards and practices. To address this, we developed an Accounting Accountability Policy (AAP) document to spell out the methods and standards that we follow when handling your financial data.

Any Xilium team member that performs bookkeeping or deeper accounting tasks are asked to sign an AAP Agreement and are required to take training classes to ensure your information is protected. Whether it is payroll, revenue, profitability or pro-forma information, we believe its disclosure should be in your control.

To beef up our accounting talent, we have hired a Philippine CPA to oversee all accounting activities. We’re expanding our small business accounting services and developing better offerings, so if you’re interested, ask us about them as well as a copy of our AAP.
